At BabyVeo, we are proud to offer international shipping to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, screen-free baby toys with exceptional value and service—no matter where you are.

How Do You Ship Packages?

Packages are shipped from our warehouses located in China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, and Spain. Depending on the product’s weight, size, and origin, we use shipping carriers such as ePacket, EMS, or USPS (for U.S. warehouse orders).

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are a few locations where we cannot deliver due to logistical or legal restrictions. If your order is affected, we will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.

What About Customs?

BabyVeo is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes once your package has been shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipment may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in your country.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Estimated delivery times do not include our 1–3 business day processing period.

Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment.”

Some carriers require 2–5 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking still shows no updates, please reach out to us for assistance.

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages—even if you selected combined shipping. This helps ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
