Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. No hidden fees—ever.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location. We ship from warehouses in the USA, France, and China to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

I received only part of my order—where are the other items?

Because we ship from multiple global warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately or on different days. If you’re concerned about a missing item, please email us with your order number and we’ll check its status for you.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

In most cases, no. However, if your local customs office charges duties or taxes, those fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.

Will my order arrive by a specific date (e.g., for a gift)?

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date due to variables in international shipping. For gifts, we recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow for processing and transit time.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose the toy you’d like, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Our secure system will guide you through shipping and payment. First-time buyers can create an account to save details for faster future orders.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices on BabyVeo are listed in US Dollars (USD).

I just placed an order—when will it ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email 3–5 days after shipment. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied or if there’s an issue?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your toy arrives damaged or defective, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please include your name and order number with the return.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, please use our return process for a full refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address—can I change it?

Yes—if you act quickly. Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at contact@babyveo.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll update the address for you.
