Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Please note: BabyVeo products are baby toys and are subject to hygiene and safety standards. Opened or used items may not be accepted for return unless defective.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued, including but not limited to:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was purchased as a gift but shipped to the buyer, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us first at contact@babyveo.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
